What The Koran Teaches About The Shape Of The Earth!!!!!!!!!

Muslims like Paul Williams and his Muslims Friends always like to make claims that the Koran is a "Miracle" and a Scientific Miracle and that Muhammad whose Illiterate could have never been able to produce a Book like this namely the Koran. 

However when we delve into the Topic all theses claims begin fall Piece by Piece because the Koran is anything but scientific.

In this Blog post I will be discussing what the Koran teaches about the shape of the Earth and show you guys that when you read the Koran it actually teaches the Earth is Flat not Round and then I will contrast this with what the Bible teaches in regards to the shape of the Earth and we'll see which book is actually inspired.

Let us begin:

We Read in Surah 2:22 
WHO MADE the earth a BED for you, and the heaven a roof, and caused water to come down from the clouds and therewith brought forth fruits for your sustenance; so do not set up equals to ALLAH, while you know.

And the Commentary :

 who has made the earth AS FLAT and comfortable as a bed and placed upon it mountains standing firm... (Tafsir Ibn Kathir (Part 1), Surah Al-Fatihah Surah Al-Baqarah, ayat 1 to 141, abridged by Sheikh Muhammad Nasib Ar-Rafa’i [Al-Firdous Ltd., London, 1998 second edition], pp. 79-80)

So according to Ibn Kathir your greatest Muslim Commentator Allah supposedly made the Earth Flat.

And Surah 15:19 
And the earth have WE SPREAD OUT, and set therein firm mountains and cause every thing to grow therein in proper proportion.

Commentary: 

And the earth We have stretched it out, SPREAD IT FLAT, and cast therein firm mountains, lest it should sway beneath its inhabitants, and caused to grow therein every kind of balanced thing, [every kind of thing] known and determined.

So According to Jalalalyn Allah Made the Earth Flat.

And in Surah 20:53

WHO HAS LAID OUT THE EARTH AS A CARPET FOR YOU and has traced highways on it for you, and sent down water from the sky, We have brought forth every sort of plant with it, of various types.


So according to this passage Allah mad the Earth flat again.

In Surah 79:27-30 
What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? He lifted up its vault, and LEVELED it, and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; and the earth - after that He spread it out,

Here is a Commentary 

Jalalayn write:

and after that He spread out the earth: HE MADE IT FLAT, for it had been created before the heaven, but without having been spread out; 

Here again Jalalayn confirms Allah created the earth Flat which again contrary to Modern Science. 


So in conclusion It is Clear the Koran teaches that the Earth is Flat, so I don't know why Muslims claim that The Koran is a Scientific Miracle when after examining one Scientific Issue the claim goes down the drain.

They Many More verse I could give you.

Note: I am not saying Science proves that your religion is the Word Of God however Muslims make this claim and that's why I am refuting this utter nonsense that the Koran is a Scientific Miracles. However since we see scientific errors in the Koran, therefore this Book cannot be from God because God would Know the shape of the Earth that he himself Created.
